assign unique ID to titleBar class elements - BigPete - 02-25-2026
In order to provide unique styling to the titleBar elements based on which page they appear on, a new ID should be assigned to these elements. These titleBar class elements appear in the following places:
forum_list
forum_view
thread_view
Currently the title on the forum_list page can be seen as redundant since the banner also has the title. so I will also need to update the min theme to accomodate this, while retaining the titleBar on the thread_view and forum_view pages.

ID tags created are:
titleBar-forumList
titleBar-threadView
I may add forumView at a later time, but it doesn't seem necessary at the moment.
